Post-Alpha launch improvements
UX/UI enhancements to the Assessment Tool, a new addition to the Ninety Business Operating System platform. The work focused on improvements to the tool during the early stages of development (Alpha).

User archetypes defined
Discovery work focused on identifying and understanding the users of the 1:1 tool. Gaining insights into user archetypes will enable us to refine and enhance the tool to better address their needs.

Noise Cancelling Demo
Providing users of the Bose e-commerce website with an interactive audio demonstration of the different noise canceling levels to engage and inform users viewing the content on the product detail pages.
